CDF Course Registration

Tuition

Tuition, which includes the 20-week online course and the 3-day in-person workshop, is $1350.00 USD. Tuition is due in full with submission of your registration documents.

Registration Process

To register for this course, you will need to submit:

  1. A completed CDF Course Registration Form
  2. A copy of your Resume
  3. A Personal Statement (maximum one page) regarding why you want to take the CDF training
  4. Payment in full of the tuition using a credit card, money order, cashiers check or personal check.

Career Livelihood offers you two registration options:

Option 1: E-mail

1. Click on the PayPal button below and pay the tuition in full using a credit card.

 

2. Download the CDF Course Registration Form, save it to your computer, and fill it out.

3. E-mail your CDF Registration Form, Resume and Personal Statement to: robseemann@gmail.com


Option 2: Snail Mail

1. Download the CDF Course Registration Form, save it to your computer, fill it out, and print it.

2. Mail your CDF Registration Form, Resume, Personal Statement, and a cashiers check, money order or personal check for $1350.00 to:

Confirmation of Registration

I will confirm your acceptance into the CDF course via e-mail as soon as I receive your registration documents and payment.

Registration Deadline

The minimum number of students per class is 10, and the maximum is 20. To ensure that a place is available to you on the dates and location of your choice, please register and pay for the course at least 30 days in advance.

Privacy Notice

I will not release any of your information to any other sources.

Refunds

If I must cancel a class due to low enrollment or any other special circumstances, I will return your payment to you in full. If you prefer, I can also apply your payment to a future training. If you decide to drop the class more than 30 days prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you drop the class less than 30 days prior to the start date or after the class has already begun, you will not receive a refund.
