CDF Consulting

I offer professional CDF consulting services for organizations who would like to implement their own career development facilitator training courses.

I have adapted CDF training to meet the in-house needs of Workforce Development Services as well as community college advising and counseling staff.

I have also created CDF training programs in multiple formats; this includes traditional classroom courses, elearning courses, and a hybrid model that combines in-person training with distance learning.

As a result, I can help you create an entire training program, from envisioning what you want to achieve...to creating lesson plans and assignments...to instructing your instructors on best practices in teaching.
